PAYMENT GUIDE:
Since our product is a PRE-ORDER, a deposit is required. Once the case is available for delivery, customers will be contacted for the final payment before the product is shipped. Below is the process in further detail:*Please note: The estimated Release date is January 31st 2024. This date may fluctuate based on various factors. We greatly appreciate your support and patience!
DEPOSIT:
- Upon placing a pre-order, a 50% deposit will be billed. A deposit of $190 is required.
FINAL PAYMENT:
- We will contact you once the case is ready to be shipped with payment details. This will include the cost of the remaining balance plus shipping.
- The case will not be shipped until the full final payment is cleared.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
Prior to Delivery:
- If a refund is requested before January 31st, 2024, a full refund minus processing fee will be returned.
- Please send an email to morefun@sfixture.net with an order number attached to request a refund.
- After January 31st, 2024, the initial deposit becomes Non-Refundable
- If Sfixture Cannot fulfilled this order, your full deposit will be refund on February 6th
After Delivery:
- If you would like to return the case after receiving it, please mail it back to us. We do not cover shipping costs.
- After determining that the case is in good shape, we will issue a refund of 75%, excluding shipping costs.
